1. Digital Products (E-books, Courses, Templates, Downloads)
- All sales of digital products (including e-books, PDF guides, templates, courses, video lessons, and downloadable resources) are final.
- Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered.
- If you face any technical issues (e.g., download link not working, file corrupted), please contact us at mdjamilacademi@gmail.com and we will ensure you receive a working copy.
2. Online Courses & Trainings
- Access to courses and trainings is provided immediately upon purchase.
- Once access is granted, refunds are not available.
- If you have issues accessing the course materials, contact us for support.
3. Physical Products (If Applicable in Future)
- If we introduce physical products (e.g., books, merchandise), returns and refunds will follow these conditions:
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no extra cost if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to download or access the product due to personal device/software issues (if the file itself works correctly).
- Products purchased at a discounted or promotional price.
